Dhaka, Feb. 25 -- A total of 68,768 students have qualified for various scholarships across Bangladesh.

Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon and State Minister for Education Bobby Hajjaj announced the results at the Secretariat on Wednesday afternoon.

Of those selected, 46,200 students from nine general education boards qualified for the junior scholarship.

Under the Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board, 11,180 students secured scholarships for Dakhil (Class Eight), while another 11,180 have been selected for Ebtedayee (Class Five).

Meanwhile, 208 students under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board have been chosen for the JS (Junior Scholarship) and JD (Junior Dakhil) scholarships.
