Dhaka, May 23 -- The 96th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Modhumoti Bank PLC. was held on Saturday, 23rd May 2026 at the bank's Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Humayun Kabir, according to a media release.

The Members of the Board of Directors, Salahuddin Alamgir, Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Nemai Kumar Saha, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, A. Mannan Khan, Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Arifa Kabir, Independent Director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Md. Shafiul Azam attended the meeting.
