Dhaka, July 26 -- Milestone School and College, the scene of a tragic aviation disaster, was scheduled to partially resume academic activities on Sunday. However, a decision has now been made to push back the reopening.
The institution will now remain closed on Sunday and Monday, and school authorities will make an announcement on when the school will reopen on Monday, according to Shah Bulbul, public relations officer at Milestone, bdnews24.com reports.
On Jul 21, a Bangladesh Air Force jet crashed into a building on the Milestone campus. At least 35 people have died from the disaster, with scores of others injured. Most of the victims are children.
