Dhaka, March 20 -- Police have recovered the body of an unidentified man in Dhaka's Motijheel area.

The victim, believed to be around 38 years old, was found unconscious outside Wadud Mansion on Toyenbee Circular Road on Thursday, reports bdnews24.com.

Motijheel Police chief Kamruzzaman Talukder said the building owner alerted the police about the matter.

"He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead," Kamruzzaman said.

Police suspect the man may have been a vagrant.

Investigators believe the death was natural.

The body is currently being kept at the hospital morgue.

Police said efforts to identify the man using his fingerprint have so far been unsuccessful.
