Dhaka, Nov. 16 -- Five days after the murder of police-listed "top criminal" Tarik Saif Mamun, a case has finally been filed against 10-12 unidentified suspects.

Mamun's wife, Bilkis Akhter Ripa, filed the case at Dhaka's Sutrapur Police Station on Saturday, said the station's Officer-in-Charge, Md Saiful Islam.

Although the police have said that five suspects, including two who "directly took part" in the murder, have been arrested, none of their names have been noted in the case, reports bdnews24.com.

The OC said, "I asked the plaintiff about this when I filed the case. Her lawyer was with her at the time. She said that she did not know any of the suspects, so she did not want to name anyone.
