Dhaka, March 28 -- Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md. Sakhawat Husain today (Saturday) called for greater cooperation from physicians to advance the country's medical sector, saying coordinated efforts driven by honesty and dedication are essential to achieve desired goals.

"Otherwise, it will be very difficult to supervise such a huge health sector," he said, BSS reports.

He made these remarks while addressing a programme titled 'CME on Medical Ethics', organised by the Society of Surgeons of Bangladesh at the Abu Sayeed International Convention Center in the capital's Shahbagh.
