Bangladesh, Sept. 8 -- The government will formulate a modern Companies Act incorporating the views and recommendations of business leaders and entrepreneurs, taking into account emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation and online information exchange, Commerce and Industries Minister Khandakar Abdul Muktadir said.

Advertisement He made the remarks while addressing a view-exchange meeting on the draft third amendment to the Companies Act 1994, held at the FBCCI in Motijheel on Monday.
