Dhaka, March 18 -- Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has issued a 16-point directive to ensure emergency healthcare services in hospitals during the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.
At the same time, all government hospitals across the country have been instructed to keep their emergency departments, labour rooms, emergency surgeries, laboratories, blood banks, CT scan, and MRI services operational round the clock, BSS reports.
DGHS issued the order today which included ensuring round-the-clock presence of doctors in emergency departments by deploying additional physicians as needed.
