Dhaka, March 26 -- Google has marked Bangladesh's 56th Independence and National Day with a special doodle on its homepage, celebrating the country's historic milestone.

The customised artwork features the national flag of Bangladesh waving against a bright sky, replacing the search engine's regular logo for the day. Alongside the doodle, Google extended its wishes, saying: "Happy Independence Day, Bangladesh!"
