Dhaka, Dec. 6 -- Envoy Textiles Limited, the world's first LEED Platinum-certified denim manufacturing company, held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 6 December 2025, at 11:00 am at the Gulshan Shooting Club in Dhaka.

Shareholders of the company attended the meeting alongside members of the Board of Directors, senior management, and statutory auditors, in an atmosphere of constructive engagement and accountability. The event was chaired by the founder and Chairman, Engr. Kutubuddin Ahmed, with the Managing Director, Mr Tanvir Ahmed, also in attendance, according to a press release.
