Dhaka, June 1 -- The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has suspended its acting Executive Engineer Golam Kibria Rubel following allegations of tender manipulation, irregularities in shop allocation, abuse of power and various other acts of misconduct.

According to an office order issued on Monday, Rubel, additional executive engineer of Zone-7 under the Market Construction Cell who was serving as acting executive engineer, has been relieved of all official duties pending an investigation, UNB reports.
