Dhaka, Aug. 25 -- Ali Iftekhar Hasan, acting officer-in-charge of Mohammadpur Police Station, and two other police officials were transferred on Sunday.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Sheikh Md Sajjad Ali signed the office order of their transfer.

As per the transfer order, Ali Iftekhar Hasan was transferred to detective branch (DB) of DMP, while acting officer-in-charge of Shah Ali Police Station Qazi Md Rafiq Ahmed was transferred to Mohammadpur Police Station and inspector of DMP's transport section Mohammad Golam Azam was transferred to Shah Ali Police Station.
