Dhaka, Feb. 11 -- CHATTOGRAM, Feb 10: Police detained Md Ibrahim Khokon, the coordinator of the Chittagong Bandar Rokkha Sangram Parishad, on Tuesday, a day after protesters suspended an indefinite strike against the government's decision to lease the New Mooring Container Terminal (NCT) to DP World.

Md Ibrahim Khokon, also the leader of the Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal at Chittagong Port and coordinator of the Chittagong Bandar Rokkha Sangram Parishad, was detained by the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) from the Chattogram Port area on Monday evening.
