Bangladesh, Oct. 26 -- Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has opened a new avenue for customers seeking Shariah-based financial services with the launch of 'Community Islamic'. Introduced alongside its conventional banking services, the initiative broadens customer choice and extends the bank's reach, with Shariah compliance central to its operations.

Mr. Md. Ali Hossain Fakir, BPM, Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh Police, and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, formally inaugurated the initiative as chief guest by cutting a ribbon at the bank's Chawkbazar Branch at Shahjahan Imam Tower in Dhaka on Monday.
