Bangladesh, Aug. 18 -- Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Netherlands on cooperation in the field of circular economy to make the former's readymade garment (RMG) and textile sector more sustainable, eco-friendly, and globally competitive, according to a press statement.

Advertisement The agreement was signed on Monday at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) in Dhaka.

Commerce Minister Khandaker Abdul Muktadir and Dutch Minister for Climate and Green Growth Stientje van Veldhoven-van der Meer signed the MoU virtually on behalf of their respective countries.
