Dhaka, Aug. 23 -- BRAC Bank has welcomed 53 new professionals as Young Leaders through its flagship onboarding initiative, the Young Leaders' Programme (YLP) 2025.

The one-year program provides structured learning opportunities and 360-degree exposure to different functions within the bank, nurturing a new generation of leaders who will drive innovation, transformation, and growth, according to a media release.

On successful completion, these young professionals will be placed in roles that align with their interests and strengths, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the bank's journey ahead.
