Dhaka, Aug. 13 -- Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Tuesday cancelled two scheduled flights to Kuwait and Dubai due to an aircraft shortage, disrupting travel plans for passengers.

The Dhaka-Kuwait flight BG-343, originally set to depart at 3:45 pm, and the Dhaka-Dubai flight via Chattogram, scheduled for 5:05 pm, were both postponed.

ABM Raoshan Kabir, general manager (Public Relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, told The Financial Express that both flights have been rescheduled for Wednesday.

The Dhaka-Kuwait flight will now depart from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) at 7:30pm, while the Dhaka-Dubai flight is set to leave at 5:05pm the same day.
