Dhaka, May 4 -- The board of directors of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited has unanimously appointed Mohsin Habib Chowdhury as chief executive officer and managing director for a five-year term.

The appointment will take effect from August 1, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting and in compliance with the Companies Act, 1994, and other relevant regulations.

Chowdhury is currently serving as chief operating officer and director of the company.
