Dhaka, June 16 -- Bank Asia PLC and CA Property Development Limited (CPDL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide convenient and attractive home loan facilities to prospective apartment buyers of CPDL projects.

The partnership will also include joint marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs and promotional activities, according to a press release.

In presence of Engr. Iftekhar Hosen, President & Managing Director of CPDL, signed the MoU with Mr Kayesh Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director & Chattogram Zonal Head of Bank Asia and Mr. G. M. Farhad Sarwar, Chief Relationship Officer of CPDL, in a program at Chattogram on 11 June, 2026.
