Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- Bangladesh will determine the areas in which it needs technical assistance under the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) as the country prepares to graduate from the UN's least developed country (LDC) category.

Advertisement Aissatou Diallo, Executive Director of the WTO Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), made the observations on Wednesday in Geneva. She was talking to the media representatives at a session titled "EIF and technical assistance for LDCs."

The session was organised under the Journalist Programme on Global Trade Policies. The World Trade Organization (WTO) Secretariat and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in Geneva jointly organised the programme in the context of the WTO Public Forum 2026.
