Bangladesh, Oct. 1 -- The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL) was held on 26 September 2026 through a digital platform.

Md. Ataur Rahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of BCBL, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Among other members, the Board of Directors Md. Mohashin Miah, Kamrul Hoque Maruf and Shaikh Ashafuzzaman, FCA and Managing Director of BCBL, Md. Obaidul Hoque were present in the meeting.

Mohammad Saidul Islam, Joint Secretary and representative of the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance, Md. Omar Faruk Bhuiyan, Company Secretary of BCBL, along with various divisional heads, were also present in the meeting.
