Dhaka, Feb. 10 -- American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) on Tuesday welcomed the recently announced trade understanding between Bangladesh and the United States, which sets tariffs at 19 per cent and introduces important facilitative provisions for selected exports.
