Dhaka, Feb. 15 -- A two-day training course on 'Connect, Influence, Grow: Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Excellence' has begun at the Bank's Training Institute, according to a press release.

Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan inaugurated the training workshop as the chief guest on Sunday.

In his speech as the chief guest, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan highlighted the importance of leadership skills, effective communication, and the development of interpersonal relationships in the banking sector.
