Dhaka, May 20 -- The AIUB Inter-College Football Championship 2026 officially commenced on Monday, May 18, at the Sports Field of the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB).

The grand inauguration ceremony was graced by Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam, Vice Chancellor of AIUB, according to a media release.

Prof. Dr. Manzur H Khan, Proctor of AIUB; Dr. Ziarat H Khan, Deputy Director of Student Services and Welfare; Abu Mia Akanda Tuhin, Head of Public Relations; and Md. Joynal Abedin, Coordinator of the Office of Sports, AIUB, were also present.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and administrative officials.
