Bangladesh, Oct. 16 -- Abul Bashar Abu has been elected as president of Bangladesh Oil Tanker Owners Association (BOTOA).

The election to the executive committee of the association for 2026-28 was held recently.

Abul Bashar Abu is the Chairman of Bashar Group and Hotel Sea World in Cox's Bazar.

He is also involved in social activities and associated with several educational institutions.
