Dhaka, May 4 -- Eminent banker Abdul Quaium Chowdhury has joined SBAC Bank PLC as Additional Managing Director (AMD).

Prior to joining SBAC Bank, he served as Deputy Managing Director of The Premier Bank PLC. With over three decades of banking experience, he has worked successfully at leading banks and built a strong record of leadership and professionalism, according to a media release.

Mr Chowdhury started his banking career in 1994 as a Probationary Officer at IFIC Bank PLC, where he served for more than eight years.
