Dhaka, April 19 -- The retail price of the widely used 12-kg liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder has been increased by Tk 212, marking the second hike in just one month.

The new price has been set at Tk 1,940.

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced the changes today (Sunday). The revised rates will take effect from 6 pm.
