India, March 1 -- The United Nations Secretary-General on Saturday delivered one of his most forceful condemnations in recent memory, denouncing what he described as a dangerous and destabilizing assault by the United States and Israel on Iran and warning that the Middle East now stands on the brink of catastrophic war.
