BOSTON, Sept. 23 -- Braden Peters, the 20-year-old TikTok personality known as Clavicular, has been charged in Massachusetts with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and providing alcohol to a minor.

Barnstable County prosecutors filed the charges on September 8 over an alleged May 23, 2025 incident on Cape Cod. Peters is scheduled to be arraigned on October 14.

The allegations overlap with a civil lawsuit filed earlier this year in Miami-Dade County, which claims that Peters arranged for a 16-year-old girl to travel to Cape Cod, gave her vodka until she was too intoxicated to resist, and had sex with her. Peters has not been convicted, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
