Warsaw, Sept. 18 -- A residential building in the small Polish town of Gmina Wyryki, located in the Lublin Voivodeship, was struck by a missile fired from the Polish Air Force F-16, officials confirmed, exposing a rare and alarming error in military operations. Tomasz Siemoniak, Poland's minister-coordinator of special services, acknowledged the incident during a broadcast on TVN24, saying that preliminary evidence indicated a missile, rather than a drone, had hit the structure.
