New Delhi, July 24 -- ATLANTA - She said it the way someone shares something that has already settled into fact. Nivea Hamilton sat down on Cadillac Chronicles, a video show hosted by Brian Freeman, and disclosed partway through the conversation that she has been battling leukemia since earlier this year. She is 44. She has four children. And she said treatment is going well.

"I was diagnosed with leukemia earlier this year, and I'm so grateful to God," Nivea said. "I've been going through treatment, and everything is going great so far."
