New Delhi, July 25 -- COLUMBIA, S.C. - The challenge to Darline Graham's Senate campaign materialized quickly after she announced her candidacy this week, and it came from inside the party. Rep. Nancy Mace, the South Carolina Republican who decided against entering the race, turned her attention not to a policy argument but to a procedural one that cuts directly at Trump's preferred candidate.
