New Delhi, July 10 -- KUWAIT CITY - India's embassy in Kuwait has suspended normal passport and visa services through July 19, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs confirmed, as the Iran-United States military confrontation forces diplomatic missions across the Gulf Cooperation Council to shift operational priorities from routine consular work toward emergency citizen support.
