India, Sept. 10 -- FiiO is entering gaming for the first time with the FiiO FG3 gaming headset, but the company is not approaching the category like a typical gaming accessory. Instead, it is bringing 15 years of HiFi driver engineering into a Rs.6,999 headset built around positional accuracy, low latency and detailed sound.

The FG3 uses a coaxial dual-driver setup, combining a 50mm driver for mid and low frequencies with a 16mm driver for highs. Both sit on the same axis, allowing sound to come from a single point. For gaming, that design is aimed at preserving directional cues such as footsteps, reloads and movement.
