New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- In a news release, the company said the 13,000-square-metre facility represents a key development in Pure Dairy's 14-year history and was officially opened before an audience of more than 200 guests, including representatives from state and local government.
Pure Dairy founder and chairman Adrian Josephson told attendees that the plant was the culmination of nearly a decade of planning. "This new facility has been a vision of mine for nearly a decade. In my younger years, I'd be travelling the world, selling Australian cheeses to the largest cheese converters in Europe and the US.
