Top golfers from across East Africa are set to battle for honours as the Sterling Invitational Golf Tournament tees off today at the Kilimanjaro Worldlife & Golf Estate, with organisers promising three days of high-level competition before the event concludes on Sunday.

Sponsored by Sterling Surfactant Limited and organised by Madina Idd, the tournament has attracted 80 golfers from Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda, creating a competitive field expected to test the players' consistency, accuracy and ability to manage pressure over multiple rounds.
