Tanzania, Aug. 6 -- Dar es Salaam. A dream to improve healthcare services in his community has received a major boost after Vikindu resident Mohammed Misanga won a Sh50 million grand prize through the"Kila Muamala ni Bao la Ushindi" promotion organised by Mixx in partnership with Hisense.

The victory has given Misanga an opportunity to move closer to achieving his long-standing ambition of establishing a health centre that will serve residents of Vikindu and neighbouring areas.
