Gisemo, Ratsim ready for Glasgow's biggest distance race
Tanzania, July 28 -- Dar es Salaam. Tanzania's long-distance runners Josephat Joshua Gisemo and Benjamin Ratsim will carry the nation's hopes when they line up for the men's 10,000 metres final at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Tuesday evening.
The two athletes are among 22 competitors set to battle for medals in one of the most anticipated distance races of the athletics program at Scotstoun Stadium, with the event being contested as a straight final.
