Tanzania, Oct. 15 -- Dar es Salaam. A 48-year-old businessman and Bunju A resident, Laurence Kweka, has appeared before the Kinondoni District Court, charged with murdering his wife, Jane Maloo Urassa, by shooting her.

Mr Kweka was read the murder charge on Thursday, October 15, 2026, by State Attorney Harrison Lukosi before Senior Resident Magistrate Kemilembe Josiah.
