Tanzania, Aug. 6 -- Dar es Salaam. Bank of Tanzania (BoT) Governor Emmanuel Tutuba has commended CRDB Bank for its contribution to Tanzania's economic growth, financial inclusion and private sector development, while calling on the lender and the wider banking industry to play a bigger role in delivering the country's Development Vision 2050.

The governor made the remarks on Tuesday during a courtesy visit by CRDB Bank's leadership, led by Board Chairperson Prof Neema Mori and Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Dr Abdulmajid Nsekela, at the Central Bank's headquarters in Dar es Salaam.
