Bangladesh, June 18 -- The United Kingdom has expressed interest in investing in Bangladesh's aviation sector, particularly following the launch of the third terminal at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, during a meeting between British High Commissioner Sarah Cooke and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on June 18.

The British envoy met the prime minister at his office in the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, where the two sides discussed avenues for expanding economic cooperation and investment between the two countries, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Office.
