Dhaka, Sept. 14 -- United Airlines confirmed on Friday (Sep 12) that two individuals suffered minor injuries after one of its flights was forced to make an emergency landing due to concerns over a possible fire in the cargo hold.
Flight 32, operated by a Boeing 737-800, was en route from Tokyo Narita Airport to Cebu in the Philippines when the incident occurred. The aircraft, carrying 135 passengers and seven crew members, was diverted to Kansai International Airport in Osaka as a precaution.
The airline stated that the injuries were minor and did not elaborate further on the condition of the affected individuals. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
