Bangladesh, June 16 -- In a recent announcement, a Deputy Spokesperson of the Thai Prime Minister's Office said Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul are prioritizing transport connectivity and aviation development to promote Thailand as an aviation hub.

Krabi International Airport has been selected as the country's first pilot location for the initiative. The airport is slated to be developed into an "Airport for Regional Development," designed to integrate air travel with marine routes and island tourism seamlessly.
