India, Oct. 9 -- Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has introduced a Chittagong-themed buffet dinner, "Mejjanot Aiyun," that draws on the tastes, traditions, and generous spirit of Chittagong's renowned mejban culture to bring authentic flavors to the capital.

The main spread will feature Chatgaya Akhni Biriyani, Mejban Gost, Loitta Shutki Bhuna, Chhuri Shutki Do Piaza, Vetki Paturi, Chonar Dal, and Bhuna Khichuri.

Guests can start with salads, cold canapes, local-style bhortas, and traditional pickles, including Loitta Shutki, Jolpai, Aamloki, and Aam Aachar.
