Bangladesh, July 21 -- The winners will be determined through an extensive online opinion poll among air travelers, reflecting their travel experiences during the 2025 calendar year. The awards aim to recognize airlines that have demonstrated excellence in service quality, operational performance, customer satisfaction, innovation, and overall travel experience.

To ensure that the results are based on informed opinions, only frequent flyers who completed at least four air journeys during 2025 are eligible to participate in the voting process. Eligible travelers can cast their votes online and evaluate airlines across a wide range of service categories, along with several other air travel-related categories.
