Gold prices fall again
Bangladesh, June 10 -- Gold prices in Bangladesh have been reduced for the second time this month, as the Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) adjusted rates following a decline in local bullion prices.
Under the latest revision, the price of 22-carat gold has been cut by BDT 6,591 per bhori, bringing it down to BDT 222,782. The new rates took effect from June 10.
Other categories have also been adjusted, with 21-carat gold set at BDT 212,635 per bhori and 18-carat gold priced at BDT 182,250. Traditional gold has been fixed at BDT 148,424 per bhori.
