Dhaka, March 8 -- Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has renewed its partnership with Bangladesh Eye Trust Hospital (BETH) to continue supporting quality eye care services for marginalized communities across the country. Under this initiative, EBL will fund comprehensive eye care support, including eye screenings, cataract surgeries, transportation, and meals for underprivileged patients at BETH's state-of-the-art facility on Satmosjid Road, Dhaka.

To mark the renewal, Ziaul Karim, Head of Communications and External Affairs at EBL, formally handed over a cheque to Dr. Niaz Abdur Rahman, Managing Director of BETH, at a ceremony held at the bank's head office in Dhaka recently.
