Bangladesh seeks expanded educational migration to Japan
Bangladesh, July 14 -- Bangladesh has stepped up efforts to expand educational migration to Japan, with Ambassador to Japan Md. Daud Ali urging greater academic cooperation and student exchange programmes during a meeting with a delegation from Shumei University.
The meeting took place at the Bangladesh Embassy in Tokyo on July 14, where both sides discussed ways to strengthen higher education links between the two countries, read a release from the embassy.
Shumei University, a private university in Chiba Prefecture, currently hosts more than 400 international students, including 16 from Bangladesh.
