India, Feb. 27 -- The arrested accused have been identified as Makhni Devi, wife of Bilatu Mandal, and Anjana Kumari, wife of Vibhansh Kumar, residents of Village Puwari Tola, Nawabganj, Police Station Kursela, District Katihar (Bihar).Haryana Director General of Police Ajay Singhal stated that Haryana Police is working with full commitment to make the state drug-free.
