India, June 28 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that India continues to achieve milestones that fill every citizen with pride, highlighting the country's progress in defence, innovation, self-reliance and wellness during the 135th episode of his monthly radio programme, Mann Ki Baat.

Addressing the nation, PM Modi said that the achievements being recorded across sectors reflect the confidence and aspirations of a new India. He stressed that these accomplishments are the result of the collective efforts of 1.4 billion Indians and demonstrate the country's growing capabilities on the global stage.
